Yes, Kermit the Frog would love us since he loves green! I have always loved the fact, especially here in Green Portland, that SendOutCards follows a great environmental model among greeting cards companies in that we print cards AS THEY ARE USED. Meaning, instead of buying a big box or inventory of greeting cards that you may never really send, we at SendOutCards PRINT ON DEMAND. Only the cards that are actually USED are printed. Isn't that great? That is one factor in why we can sell at amazingly discounted prices, PLUS we are saving a few trees here and there!
As I was gathering some facts about my company for a fun Trivia Game at an event yesterday I also learned this: Our high quality greeting cards are printed from 20% Recycled Paper and 80% paper from farm raised trees for the purpose of
making pulp. Good news!
